This section informs students what days and times the I.U.T. is open. Furthermore, the Students' Affairs department is based on the Montluçon campus, at the Administration building.

• Opening days and hours:

Thursday 9am-12pm 2pm-5pm
Friday 9am-12pm 2pm-5pm

• During university study leave, the service is available from 8am to 11.45am and then from 1.35pm to 5pm.
